Roxboro Masonry-Set Window & Door Replacement — Insured

Durham Window Pros covers the same range of work in Roxboro that we do in Durham — nothing is carved out because the address is a few miles up the road:

• Office & Commercial Glazing — A lot of Durham's office space was not built as office space. Converted mills, old warehouses and upper stories above shops, most of it now full of interior glass that went in long after the building did.
• Retrofit Windows — State law says nobody has to inspect your window replacement. It names the exemption outright: no permit is required for replacement of windows, doors or exterior siding on a single-family house, provided the work costs forty thousand dollars or less and follows the building code.
• Sliding Window Door Replacement — The horizontal slider is the least glamorous window we sell and there are places in Durham where it is unambiguously the correct purchase. We will not talk you out of one when the opening is wide and short and the room is a laundry or a basement.
• Soundproof Window Installation — Durham has a freeway through the middle of it and freight behind a good many back fences. So this is a real question here, and it is also the window question people are most often sold the wrong answer to.
• Storefront Window Installation — A storefront is specified, not chosen. There is no model number to point at: the system is drawn, scheduled and cut as a set of parts for one particular hole in one particular wall.
• Triple-Pane Window Installation — In Durham we usually talk people out of triple glazing. Durham County sits in climate zone 4, the winter is short, and the summer is the half that actually costs you money.

Roxboro sits in Person County with a population of roughly 8,134 at the 2020 census, close enough to Durham that crews move between the two constantly. Local landmarks and corridors residents know well include Uptown Roxboro, Mayo Lake.

Local knowledge is not a marketing line here. Roxboro properties share soil, weather, permit rules and construction eras with the rest of Person County, and a window contractor who works the area weekly already knows what fails locally and what holds up. That is the difference between a bid and an accurate bid.

Call (888) 577-9034 or send the form and we schedule a site visit in Roxboro, usually within a couple of days. You get a written, itemized free estimate with materials and scope spelled out — no verbal ballpark, no pressure, and no charge whether you hire us or not.

We also serve Mebane, NC and the rest of Durham County and the northern Triangle. Everything starts at the Durham Window Pros homepage.
